How can I change my deposit or loss limit?

You can adjust your limits at any time in your Tipico account. The most important rule is:

✅ Decreases take effect immediately
⏳ Increases are subject to an 8-day waiting period (required by law)

How to change your limit

1. Log in to your Tipico account.
2. Go to Account → Account Management & Limits → Tipico Limits.
3. Select the limit you want to change:
   • Deposit Limit
   • Loss Limit
   • Stake Limit
4. Enter the new amount and confirm the change.

The 8-day waiting period for limit increases

Under German gambling regulations, any limit increase must remain pending for 8 × 24 hours before it becomes active. This waiting period cannot be shortened.

Increasing your deposit limit above €1,000

If you would like to increase your deposit limit above the standard LUGAS limit of €1,000 per month, we will also require proof of income or financial means (for example, a payslip or bank statement).
